Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the mobile game Little Cup: Cozy Café (the “Game”) by Douple. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to them. The terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
2. Virtual items
Coins, gems, decorations and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are final except where the store's refund policy or applicable law says otherwise. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
3. Fair play
Please do not cheat, reverse engineer, modify or exploit the Game, or use it in any way that breaks the law or harms others.
4. Saves and updates
Progress is stored on your device. We may update, change or discontinue features. Deleting the Game or changing devices can erase local progress.
5. Ads
The Game shows optional rewarded ads from third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites reached through ads.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
